When we indicate that a product is compatible with pregnancy and breastfeeding, we do not do so lightly. We carry out safety studies on our formulas to verify that they are suitable for breastfeeding or pregnancy in particular. Because natural does not always mean safe during these periods — certain plants or foods can sometimes contain actives that are incompatible. It is also a matter of the type of extract or daily dose.
Many plant-based products and supplements on the market are not compatible with pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. Apart from our fertility, cycle and specific breastfeeding products, all our other products are suitable for all mamas.
