Post essentials — Why take vitamins after giving birth?

During pregnancy, the baby draws heavily on the mother's reserves: iron, zinc, vitamins B9 and B12, iodine, selenium… After birth, these reserves are often depleted. The body also needs to heal, recover, strengthen bones, tissues and skin. A post-partum food supplement helps to cover these specific needs and to prevent fatigue, emotional difficulties or nutritional exhaustion. We recommend popping it in your hospital bag!
